- “Service” refers to the vehicle information lookup, history checks, specifications reports, and any other functionality provided through the Website.
- “User” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Website.
- “Subscription” refers to paid plans granting extended access to the Service.
- “Report” refers to any generated vehicle information result made available to the User.
- “Payment Processor” refers to third‐party services used to process online payments.
3. Subject of the Agreement
The Agreement regulates the provision of digital informational services, including but not limited to:
- vehicle history checks,
- VIN decoding,
- vehicle specifications, and
- other informational reports.
The Service does not sell physical goods.
4. Terms of Service Provision
4.1 Payments
- Payments for reports, credits, or subscriptions must be made through the available online payment methods.
- All prices are listed in EUR and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Delivery of Service
- Reports are delivered digitally and become accessible immediately after successful payment.
- As digital content, they are considered delivered once accessible through the user account or download link.
4.3 Refunds
- Refund rules are outlined in Section 5.
4.4 Subscriptions
- Subscriptions provide ongoing access to certain features.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Users may cancel subscriptions at any time via their account settings.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Users may request a refund only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Payment – If the user was charged twice for the same service.
- Service Unavailability – If a technical failure on our side prevents access to the purchased report.
- Incorrect Charge – If the transaction was made without the user’s authorization.
Refund Procedure:

Refunds will not be granted for:

- incorrect or incomplete VINs provided by the User,
- lack of available data from external data sources.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
6.1 User Responsibilities
The User agrees to:
- Provide accurate information when using the Website.
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
- Not copy, resell, share, or distribute reports or website content without permission.
- Not attempt to hack, alter, or disrupt the Website.
6.2 User Rights
The User has the right to:
- Access the Website according to this Agreement.
- Receive purchased reports and services.
- Request support regarding payments or technical issues.
6.3 Service Provider Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Block access to users who violate this Agreement.
- Modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
- Update the Website functionality without prior notice.
6.4 Service Provider Obligations
We must:
- Provide access to purchased digital reports.
- Maintain the Website’s technical functionality to a reasonable standard.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

- Disputes should first be resolved through communication with our support team.
- If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled under the laws of Ukraine in the appropriate courts.
